Giacom
Rebranded corporate website.
User research • UX design • Visual design
I led the redesign of Giacom's website, creating a modern, scalable, and user-friendly platform that reflects the brand’s position as a leading cloud services provider. The project involved end-to-end UX and UI design, from research and strategy to final implementation.

Information architecture
After card-sorting exercises and initial research I created a user flow with simplified navigation and improved discoverability. I restructured the site’s IA, ensuring a logical flow for business customers and partners. This helped users quickly find relevant products, support, and partner resources.

Wireframes & UX prototyping
I developed wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to define content hierarchy, validate key user journeys, and test usability before moving into visual design.

Initial design concepts
I explored multiple design directions, balancing brand identity, accessibility, and conversion goals. These early concepts helped refine the visual language and interaction patterns.

Final design & development
The final design delivers a polished, intuitive experience, optimized for engagement and usability. I focused on clean UI elements, structured content, and responsive layouts. The site was built with scalability in mind, ensuring high performance and accessibility compliance.
The redesign enhanced navigation clarity, user engagement, and conversion pathways, supporting Giacom’s growth and brand positioning.
