I led the redesign of Giacom's website, creating a modern, scalable, and user-friendly platform that reflects the brand's position as a leading cloud services provider. The project involved end-to-end UX and UI design, from research and strategy to final implementation.
Information architecture
After card-sorting exercises and initial research I created a user flow with simplified navigation and improved discoverability. I restructured the site's IA, ensuring a logical flow for business customers and partners.

Wireframes & UX prototyping
I developed wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to define content hierarchy, validate key user journeys, and test usability before moving into visual design.

Initial design concepts
I explored multiple design directions, balancing brand identity, accessibility, and conversion goals. These early concepts helped refine the visual language and interaction patterns.

Final design & development
The final design delivers a polished, intuitive experience optimised for engagement and usability. The redesign enhanced navigation clarity, user engagement, and conversion pathways, supporting Giacom's growth and brand positioning.
